Reports of an agent coming out saying that Wilcox isn’t the problem and that Jim the Rat has been messing around with deals, resulting in them breaking down. They claim that he doesn’t have half as much control as the club claims he does and that if he left, nothing would change.
Considering you had us down for a 0-3 defeat it was good battling performance against an in form team. The reason Leeds didn't play so well was because of how Carrick set them up despite a total lack of a striker, a patched up defence, no Mainoo & Martinez off at half time.
Give them a break this eh Jay.
Soooo sick of this merry go round. I know none of us back the owners, but every time we pile pressure on the manager and start this cycle again, they get away with it. Give him time, I'm sick of short term fixes, it was 6 months ago Carrick was the best thing since sliced break. Now he's shite
What kills me is we all said this was going to happen all summer. We needed depth and got zero. Literally were given none. Essentially given one spare midfielder….
We have Como this week and our striker is out, Bruno is out of form, we don’t have a proper left wing, Dorgu is injured. Shaw is injured, heavens injured, mazroui has a knock, Martinez is injured, de ligt still out…so defense is gone essentially. I can’t believe the incompetence running our club into the ground
Next game is always 'must win', we never do,then the game after becomes 'must win'. Window showed the owners have no intention of following through on the promise of 21 in 28, left Carrick up shits creak
We went from Eth to Amorim to now Carrick. Same, fans turn on them and demand for a new shiny coach, just to crucify them when the team struggles. Arteta took years to rebuild Arsenal! The amount of "fans" just demanding change and not trusting a manager for once is disgusting
If there’s ever allegations that say there are certain fan channels getting paid by the club in some fashion to speak positive about keeping Carrick, I would point the finger at Rio and Stretford Paddock lol

Morning all. What concerns me is, while we keep messing about teams around us who were never rivals are getting stronger every season.
