It’s failing because when we had money we had no plan or structure. Now that we’ve got a plan and structure we’ve got no money to execute it

I think we’re in a Liverpool after Roy Hodgson situation

It’s 2026 and our first choice back 4 is Dalot,Maguire,Martinez and Shaw. Oh and we don’t have a striker. Let’s be honest what should our expectations be??

The board do not care. They want the results to be enough to keep the heat off them, whilst they build a new stadium and make profit from that. They are business people, not football people. There is no way back for this club anymore.

I honestly think the biggest problem at Utd is Joel Glazer. From what I've heard, he is involved with every decision and he takes forever to make his mind up, which is why transfers always used to take so long. When Ineos came on board, the PR was that Joel was stepping back and Ineos were in charge of the football etc, but I don't believe he ever stepped back. We still take forever to do transfers and the core principles which came from him and make us unwieldy in the transfer market and repeatedly make terrible decisions around signings and contracts and so on, it's all still the same.

Below him, it's the people he hires who DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Add Jim to the mix, with his laughable approach to squad building, and we have no chance of improving until they all leave.

I then think we need to clear out the whole coaching staff and root out everyone who was part of the old regime and had access to the players. Replace the majority of the squad aggressively and you have wiped out the entire culture and started again.

Repopulate the staff with the actual best if the best. Nick Dortmund's coaching staff and board.

    Root and stem.
