If Pogba leaves I’d like both along with Sancho and a temporary number 9 and yes I did say temporary because I want to go back in for Haaland in 2 years
About Maddison, I think he would also be a good signing, Brendan Rogders claimed that we only knew Maddison for his attacking abilities but he is as good as Henderson defensively, imo great signing but I still go for Grealish
I think the problem with Pogba is that we can't really tell his position, if he is a 10 then it's either him or Grealish, if he's an 8 then him or fred or Mctominay, he a 4 then he or matic... Signing Grealish would be inevitable bcos he is also very good dropping deep (central midfielder) so is Bruno, so those 2 can actually play together whereas one goes higher than the other
The thing so good about grealish is his Versatility an quality an the way he gambles all the time on the field in many different positions I’d prefer him over Maddison
The truth is nobody knows exactly what we need unless this uncertainty around pogba is sorted out , if he does not commit his future here in the next 7 days get him out no player is worth having that uncertainty around any club
I can't wrap my mind around why anyone would talk about Ighalo getting 300k a week, if he comes to United, he will NOT get 300k, no way, not ever, never in all of eternity will he get that and he knows that. Woodward learned his lesson with Sanchez, that's not gonna happen again.
Have we replaced Herrera yet? For me we need another midfielder even if Pogba stays. If Pogba goes we need two. Clear out some deadwood like Pereira & Lingard, get a quality player like a Saul Niguez & a Grealish/Maddison 👌🏼

Maddison would cost twice as much, especially if Villa get relegated.
