I see a radiant glow from you ste, and you literally sound better. I can tell you are really enjoying it. Good for you, it is not easy, especially as a person with a high fat set point.
When the football is so frustrating, it's actually quite refreshing to watch the lads talk about TV shows and films. Would happily watch a regular episode exclusive to TV shows and films that they've recently watched (that isn't The Brew).
