It shows me that Ruud's mentality might be taking hold - that a missed shot should have no effect on your confidence, the next one there's a chance. This is crucial for such a player, Rashie is such a confidence player, and if Ruud can instill this quality in him, we could be getting the best out of him again.
I’d be happy to have a team of hungry youngsters with a few serious seniors keeping them in check. Within a few years they would be fluid and know instinctively who is going to be where. The energy levels are far better too.
Got to be careful not to rush Amass’s development. Will be tricky though as we’re short at full back.. will be interesting to see how the club handle it
