i've been impressed that ineos arent afraid to sack a guy who clearly isn't working out. i dont understand the fans who want to double down and give more years to managers who make no imrpovements or get worse. The idea of "starting from square one" is bollocks. you can turn a team around quickly as Carrick has proven. For this reason I do NOT want to see any deal longer than 2 years for a new manager. This is NOT a "project" its a team capable of top 3 ALREADY. We do not need to accept the first year will be shite. and it will get worse before it gets better or any such BS, hit the ground running, or jog on.
