On the “put me in the city team and I’d score” discussion, I once played with Jimmy Conrad in 5 a side in Longsight. Even as a 40 year old retired MLS centre back, he was by far the most technically talented player on the pitch. People don’t realise the levels when it comes to anyone who’s played professionaly, even in America 20 years ago
Arsenal have had a better league season, however overall I would have to say United look like they've come further from where they both started. Winning a cup, getting the wins over Barcelona for example. The big decider is the F.A Cup if they beat City you would have to say that the season has been better for United.
It’s like going into a Casino with a fiver and winning over and over until you have £50,000 and then before cashing out you put it all on Red in the roulette and lose it all because it lands on black. Then saying “oh it didn’t matter I only came in here with a fiver, so I only lost a fiver really”.
Arsenal have progressed more than UTD, they have been excellent in a lot of games this year but a mid-80 point haul is about the limit for that team. They currently look like a better coached team but hopefully this changes in ETH's second year. The attitude in the UTD squad has improved this year but the football is only marginally better, we had a brief period earlier in the season that gave me hope but our lack of being able to play against a decent press is alarming.
I would judge "best" for these 2 clubs as the team who goes into next season with the best chance of winning the PL. That would currently be Arsenal, but add Kane to UTD's forward line and that would even it up.

I think if they were showed enough in the media the acronyms they use would stick. APP = Attacking Phase of Play, DOGSO = Denial of Goalscoring Opportunity.
Upon hearing it you realise that the VAR is looking for things that might happen before they actually do. There were a couple of clips where the VAR said DOGSO and/or references to things happening and they didn’t actually happen, they were just saying things that might potentially happen in the move
