I assume United’s board is looking at a shortlist of Rodgers, Poch, Potter, and Ten Haag now. It made sense to overlook Conte and I am kind of glad the board understood that too based on the youthful attacking nature of our squad.
the smart move forward is to get ragnick for a year or until the end of season to sort this mess out and then go for ten hag and put ragnick as technical director. That would be the competent thing to do. But I doubt this board would do that, they'll go for Rodgers and in 2 years we will be in this exact position again
I think the problem is the coaching staff. Ole should have brought in more top experience sooner; the fact he is unwilling is what has changed my opinion on his future and ability to do the job.
The problems we see on the pitch are poor coaching, that seems clear.
SAF switched the coaching staff when it stopped working, Ole hasn't learnt that lesson.

Could be look at a top drawer coach coming in to help? Even the great Sir Alex had McClaren, Queiroz, Smith, Rene etc?
