He's literally a CDM in the guise of an elite defender. He runs high up the pitch to intercept the balls that are played to the opposition center forwards. To add to that the passes he makes are through the lines and splits the opposition midfield. In my opinion he's the most important signing we've made since fergies departure and arguably since bruno Fernandes.
I know it's annoying but it's a good thing they're reacting this way. Means we're doing something right. They hate to see us do well so have to nit pick to find problems
