Joe is right. If Carrick gets us UCL and we have a follow up to the great recruiting we saw the past year, then this is a very different situation to OGS. Stick Tonali in our team and we'd win at least half the drawn games and we'd be in a title race now. We are a different club to when OGS took over (McFred)
Had to stop partway through just to say: as much as I think Klopp is one of the very best, there is surely NO chance he comes to United. I think he’s a genuine guy and I felt that his love for Liverpool Football Club was a very real thing. Imagine the level of betrayal their fans would feel if he came to United! He’s not an idiot, he wouldn’t do it just because of the hassle; but mainly he wouldn’t do it because he honestly seems to adore that club. Ludicrous effort if we’re actually bothering to talk to him
