If a coach needs great players in every position to succeed, are they a great coach? Maybe playing everyone out of position isn't a great idea? How are we still discussing a guy with 12 PL wins in 12 months? This is madness.

12 years of failures and mediocrity has lower the standards so much that Amorim seems to be unsackable...we cheered him for getting 3 wins in a row...the team is crap but he should be able to coach a win against 10 men or against Grimsby...

No it's not JUST the system. It's his bizarre starting line ups, bizarre subs at bizarre times and his bizarre refusal to change anything or react to changes during the games. It's the fact that every team we play know how we're going to play and that we won't change anything during the game.

So, correct. It's not JUST the system, it's all the other managerial decisions he makes on top of having a system that doesn't suit the squad he has.

The Alonso and Slot passing eachother in the corridor section is exactly why I watch paddock 😂😂

When do you make a decision? How long do you think is fair to see this system work even over a 3 game period? I'm not talking about wins or losses. I'm talking about seeing a complete 90 minute display in 3 consecutive games that show a solid execution of his system. We have not seen it once. Once in 12 months. You'ed think it might just fucking happen on accident in that time.

I could listen to the three of you talking about United for hours. Mint.

I don’t know why it’s hard for you guys to understand. We do not have the personnel to play his system. So it is both issues at once. Put more people in midfield to cover the deficiencies of the Bruno and Casemiro duo and we will take one step forward. Remove the non-attacking defensive wing back in Dorgu who cannot cross and the non-defensive attacking wing back in Amad. Play a 433, then have more back up for the 10 position.

12 wins in 12 months in the league ornsoemthing like that... but yeah it's unfair. Can we keep some sort of standards at least?
