The slander of the completely voluntary game that the English FA agreed on signed off on the pitch is crazy 😂 Brazil had spray painted sand at an actual tournament venue for fucks sake
MBuemo and Amad both went to AFCON along with Maz.
When they left we had Amorim and when they arrived back it was Carrick.
Different play styles, as well as fatigue.
I suspect next season will be really different for all 3 players.
I know that Ronaldo is a fan of Amad and whilst I’m not advocating for us to keep players on our books just because. However, I find it a bit puzzling that he’s questioning Amad’s place in the team/squad.
Despite being on our books since 2021, Amad’s first full season was before the one just gone. He played the back end of Ten Haggs last season but that was a few matches. In his first full season, he was our best player, more consistent game to game than Bruno imo.
He’s put at right wingback when Amorim arrives and he flourishes, both offensively and defensively. This season just gone, he did dip. In and out of the side, not a great link up with Mbuemo, change of manager. However, he is the type of player that you build a team with. Again, my personal opinion but technically speaking - I don’t think we have a better technical footballer than him.
When you’ve had Luke Shaw that has been here for 12yrs, Dalot for 9, Maguire for 7, Mason Mount is useless, Ugarte. Rashford is still on our books. In the past, Lingard, Phil Jones - just a bunch of players who didn’t deserve the chances they got - yet Amad is where the line is being drawn!?
I’m quite surprised and as I said, I know Ronaldo rates Amad, which makes it more shocking!!

Great to hear Finn's officially part of the crew now. Definitely rate him, as I do think he brings something different to the rest.
Is Finn now a part-owner or a presenter?
