Not gonna lie, when the manual sponsor bit came up I fast forwarded til i cut back to Joe in the studio and the fact the advert continued is absolutely devilish work
Gentle reminder that Liam Delap is four days younger than Rasmus Hojlund. We need start asking what type of striker do we want? The odds of Delap hitting the ground running and just ‘clicking’ is a lot lower than people are expecting.
I don't understand our fan base... we don't want to pay for ready-made players. Why???? Finding the next big name in football is so difficult. Huijsen's and Yoro's don't just fall off trees. The problem we have right now is that we can't score. How long are we going to buy these young players and place all our faith in them? Recent seasons prove you can't rely solely on young "talent". It needs to be a mix. We're not talking about acquiring a Mbappe, Bellingham, or Isak—players in the 100+ million range. We're talking about Gyokeres, Cunha... that's the 60 million price range. That's exactly the price we need to pay for the players we want. We're not trying to stay afloat; we are literally drowning in failure. We're starving, and we're being picky. Something needs to change. Going through the clearance bin for players isn't the answer. The Manchester United jersey is heavy. We need players who can wear it. That's it. Cunha WANTS to wear it. Why? For the money? The clubs going broke! He wants to be a part of turning this club around, and I think more players should want to contribute to this project with Amorim.
