Well done Martinez, about time we seen a bit of passion in that team. 100% right about the board and good to see he's supporting and taken a bit of the heat of Carrick.
Ex players and pundits are way of it with their reaction to this.
Calling Martinez out for his performance this season in an attempt to disregard his statement is completely missing the big picture.
He hasnt performed well this season...doesn't make his statements wrong though.
I think a player like Martinez has probably looked at the complete lack of ambition shown by the club in the summer and just thought I'm not wasting my time here and decided to go out in a blaze of glory.
Hero status in my opinion...
Martinez was spot on with every word. Rooney and Ashley Young misconstrued everything he said by framing it as a verbal attack on his teammates which was never the case. He criticised the lack of investing in more teammates to lower the burden on him and his existing teammates
Roy Keane used to regularly call for more investment in players

Morning lads. Martinez was absolutely spot on so I assume he'll be fined and dropped next game

Martinez saying what he has is the most excitement I’ve felt towards this club in months

This is pretty much the meme "He's out of line, but he's right".
