The other bit of icing on the cake for me is that PSG have now won the CL twice in a row since Mbappe left. And Madrid have won fuck all since he's been there
The moment I thought "yeah, Lammens might be elite" was the one game he made a mistake, I think against Liverpool, in years gone by that would've sunk our keepers, and the game would've been an embarrassment.
But it didn't, he just brushed it off and played well rest of the game, it wasn't really ever mentioned. It took me awhile to even remember which game it actually was.
I think he is an exceptional goalkeeper, his fundamentals are perfect and he does the basics well, but he's also made some absolutely incredible saves as the prevented goals show.
We have found a genuine diamond.
