In my relatively short time of watching the channel, this is one of the best you’ve done. Really enjoyed the chat between Jay and Joe. I’m of an age where I remember those games and as you say, Les Sealey is probably one of the greatest cult heroes of the club. Thank you for that.
Sealey! Sealey! Sealey! Definitely a cult hero, could even be a legend. I was there at Wembley for the 1990 FA Cup replay, and the 1990 charity shield. I couldn't get a ticket for the 1991 League Cup final when he was playing with one leg. But I was there to see him in Rotterdam, and again in what I think was his last appearance for United in the 1994 League Cup Final. We loved him, and even when he played against us, he always got a great reception from the United fans. It was a great and exciting time to be a United fan in the early 90s, and Les will always be a part of that. He will always have a place in the hearts of us reds who were around at that time. Actually, yeah. He probably is a legend!
RIP Les. We won't ever forget you.
