Harry Kane has spent significant proportions of the last 3 seasons injured. Of course they want to offload him while they think they can get 200M. If he scored 30+ goals a season and lead a team to titles, then maybe he would be, but that is going to be difficult with his injury record. I think MUFC should try and be smart about this. See if they can get him on some kind of performance based price, spread over the length of his contract. Look for a deal that is around 10M a season basic. 10M if he plays 50+ games. 10M if he scores 30+. All over 5 years. That means it would be 150M total. 50M minimum if he is always injured. 50M for 20 games a season would be alright.

I hope Man U are not thinking of paying that for Kane. Even the best footballer is not worth £200 especially as he is 26/27 .
