We have barely any money to spend due to PSR. So rather than spending what we can on a loan deal that might get us a couple of places higher at the end of this season, save it, bide our time and spend on long term signings in the summer. It's smart long term thinking. Everyone berating INEOS for not squandering money needs their head checking.
Also, I know the league campaign is over. But we genuinely could win the Europa League to get champions league football next season if we strengthened with a risk free loan. How can Adam say he’s fine with us not doing any business when we could literally save our season with improvements?
Nice to know the league season is over. I’ll write off the £313 worth of home games I have left on my ST, buy the fanzines online and save some £ on transport. Might go to the last few if we’re down in 17th by then tho.
Everything that happens at Man Utd now like struggling to get a good price when selling players, being beaten to players by mediocre teams, being careful about PSR ... these are all things that small clubs near the bottom of the league have to deal with all the time. Its becoming more obvious where this club is going and eventually it will be impossible to turn around.
