People really need to be far more patient. Talking about building the team around Mainoo is irresponsible until he's been given the time to develop his craft and more importantly learned to be 8/10 consistent week in week out. Which, to be fair, based on his talent is probably only reliant on him staying injury free. But let's not build up a kid too soon, only to tear him down if he has a down turn in form. Let the manager continue to develop his talent which is clear to see and not rush it just because we're desperate to see him do well.
Yeah, I’ve been thinking that the Newcastle game is massive, they’re a real threat now, and to get a result at that stadium against what is a very good team now, would be a huge result for the team, us fans and the rest of the season!
two months ago i said we would be in the title race .....and we are! I'm sticking with that prediction.
