I have eaten 5 guys many times and I have had a burger at a Michelin burger spot a couple of times...world's of difference between the 2...if you parse the margins...both are great burgers in their own right but one is an upscaled fast counter product (basically mcDs but scaled up to the best possible) and the other is upgraded pub burger with everything sourced well and processed on site and such...
