Chelsea let go solanke, ake, rice, tomori and nketiah, even musiala slipped through their fingers. Looking in hindsight is always great but we aren’t the only club doing this by a long stretch. Mctominay May look good in Italy but we’d seen enough to know he wasn’t good enough in the prem. the key is career paths Utd have to make sure we have them for the brilliant kids coming up and stop getting bogged down with fan favourites and players blocking paths coz the are on huge wages. A bit like the Ajax and Barca method which ETH was suppose to implement but had moved away from.
