This was the best Brew ever! I'm 56, and this brought back so many happy memories of watching Les Sealey. Especially the 1991 ECWC final. I reckon the early to mid 90s was the best time of my life following United everywhere. I was in my early 20s then, and it was a great time to be alive.
On the recommendation of an Everton mate who’d been there in 86 of the 19 lads I went with only 2 of us had standing tickets. Went through the turnstile and on looking to our left saw a coach approaching and soon worked out it was the team coach. To our right were some buildings so I walked across to them with many other lads. Coach stops and lo and behold I’m right in front of the door, door opens and Sir Matts 1st off and proceeds to wrap me in a bear hug and thanks me for coming. Most definitely my most prized memory
