I’ll stand by Ralf because I think he’s very good at what he does. He isn’t a football Manager. He’s a Director of Football. If we weren’t going to keep him for his knowledge in rebuilding a club then I don’t see the point in hiring him in the first place. I saw someone say it’s like hiring a plumber to do an electricians work. Both work in the building trade but do a different job. The tactics he’s famous for, our squad couldn’t implement. They couldn’t run. So to ask them all to cover an extra 10k in a match was never going to work, hence they downed tools. He adapted his system 3 times and ended up going back to what Ole used because they couldn’t implement anything else. We know how shit the squad is - there’s only a handful of players that would get near the other big 6’s squads, and the amount of players last year that didn’t even try in matches was scandalous. So while he wasn’t a great Manager, I’d sure love him at the club now to do what we know he can, and what he’s widely respected for doing
To take a step back I would love for someone to try and interview Ole to hear his side of the story with the squad bcz just as they threw Ralf under the bus same was basically done to Ole. I think we need to hear his side .

Ste is right on the hunting. If you eat meat/wear leather etc and object to hunting you are lacking philosophical consistency.
As long as you are hunting to eat. Hunting just for trophies I understand and agree with the objections.
