Football fandom – even when your team is dross – should really be about shameless optimism. There's always another season, always another chance to try again.
Guys, the club is in a middle of a rebuild. This is what it looks like, even all the player FC related rubbish. The team is improving, but nowhere near the finished article. There are big personnel issues still to be resolved, particularly in midfield - a big reason why so many goals are conceded btw. Defence too, since Maguire and possibly Martinez will need to be replaced. Therefore they look good in patches, but are prone to lapses. Results are therefore inconsistent. But further small improvements would see United contending at the top of the table. And with further time to rebuild the squad and develop the team they will get better. They're on the path to success.
Jay, do you not think that if we switch to 433, and put Kobbie back in that way... all that will happen is everyone will complain about Amad then not getting in the squad?
